September is National Suicide Prevention Awareness month. For those of you who have followed my mental health journey, you know how personal and dear to my heart this is.

On September 20, I will be participating in the San Francisco Walk to honor those who have left this world far too soon, to honor my younger self, to honor those who have attempted, and to honor those who may be currently struggling.

It's ok to not be ok. You are not alone.
